Store Policy

All bags are made to order and have a turnaround time of 5-10 Business days. 

Email Customs@tttleathergoods.com with any questions about an order please include your order number.

Damages or Order issues

TTT thoroughly inspects each and every product before it ships out, but mistakes do sometimes happen. If a product you purchased has a defect upon opening, please email us within 3 days of receiving at CUSTOMS@TTTLEATHERGOODS.COM with the following information:

• Order number
• Name on order
• Problem with product
• Pictures of defected area on product

Refunds or Cancellations

We have a no refund policy on all purchases. TTT will not cancel an order after it is placed. Orders that did not use discount codes will not be reversed and/or edited.

Shipping

Once a package leaves our facilty we have no control on where it is going. If you are missing a package visit USPS.COM to start a claim for your missing package. 

 

All Cowhides and smooth leathers are natural and may have slight flaws & scars. Pendleton patterns may slightly vary but we do our best to keep patterns as close as possible.
